Bambi is making business moves in response to Lil Scrappy‘s latest life update! After her ex-husband publicly confirmed he’s expecting his fifth child with a third woman, the ‘Love & Hip Hop’ star revealed her new children’s book.
The project is seemingly meant to help Bambi explain Scrappy’s new baby to their young kids, who are all under the age of 10.

Ahead of the weekend, Scrappy and Shakira, the mother of his unborn child, shared footage from their baby shower. The videos confirmed that they’re having a boy. They seemed friendly at their shower. However, it’s unclear whether Lil Scrappy and Shakira are or will be more than platonic co-parents.
Early Saturday (Nov. 2), Bambi took to Instagram with her children’s book reveal. The mother of three shared the book’s cover and explainer and encouraged her supporters to pre-order it for $10 in the caption. The cover features two girls and a boy looking at a baby in a crib. It’s titled ‘A New Baby for Us.’ While it seems to reflect the development in her kids’ lives, she used different names for the characters—Emma, Jake, and Mia.
“When their dad announces they’re getting a new sibling, the three children have lots of questions,” the book’s description says. “As they adjust to the idea of a growing family, they learn that love doesn’t divide, it multiples! Together, they create a world of imagination, joy and endless adventures, even as they navigate the changes in their family. This heartwarming story shows that even with big changes, family love is endless.”
Meanwhile, in her Instagram Stories, Bambi thanked everyone who had already pre-ordered the book. “Thank you, guys, for all of the pre-orders. I truly pray this story will help some of you explain new family changes in a gentle way to your children.”
At this time, Erica Dixon, the mother of Lil Scrappy’s eldest child, has not publicly responded to his baby on the way.
