Lorne Michaels Once Refused Taylor Swift's Request to Remove a Skit About Her - See Her Response (Report)

Taylor Swift reportedly once asked Lorne Michaels to cut a skit about her and her friends from an episode of Saturday Night Live, but he turned her down.

According to a report by Vulture, the 35-year-old “Shake It Off” pop titan was asked to appear in a sketch that poked fun at her squad of friends.

She turned the offer down and asked Lorne not to air the sketch. However, he allegedly told her no, promoting a response from Taylor after it aired.

“Taylor, I do not negotiate with terrorists,” Lorne is said to have told the pop star.

The report noted that Taylor didn’t take it too badly. Allegedly, she sent him flowers the Monday after the skit appeared in an episode.

“I hope there’s no bad blood,” a note attached to her gift allegedly read.
